The conversion of grades, entering the results into the IRK system and uploading the scans of your documents are done by the Recruitment Office or the Foreign Student Office.

Candidates with ‘qualified’ or ‘reserve’ status who have received their education outside Poland until the announcement of the admission list may:

IMPORTANT
- Failure to submit paper documents by any of the above deadlines will result in non-enrolment on the student list;
- A candidate not qualified for admission is not entitled to submit documents;
- Documents may be submitted in person, by a third party, or sent by post or courier (the date of delivery, not the date of posting, is what counts). We do not require authorisation for submission of documents by a third party;
- The submission of documents by persons with “reserve” status does not mean being admitted. A “reserve” candidate takes the place of a “qualified” person (according to the ranking) in the event that this person has not provided a complete set of documents by the set deadline, has resigned from the recruitment process or has been disqualified.
