Recruitment fee
Recruitment fee is 85 PLN.
Candidate pays the recruitment fee for a given course of studies. Candidate pays one fee for full-time and part-time studies in one field.
Recruitment fee can be paid via bank transfer, to the bank account indicated in the IRK or in cash (cash office; street Jana Bażyńskiego 8, Gdańsk, room 307; from Monday till Friday from 10a.m. till 2p.m.)
DEADLINE OF PAYMENT
Recruitment fee has to be paid until the end of the recruitment for chosen course.
Please be aware that payments made via bank transfer will reach our account within 2-3 business days.
If payment was made in last days of recruitment, please send the confirmation of payment to

the day after recruitment deadline the latest.
RECRUITMENT FEE REFUND
If candidate resigns from recruitment before the application deadline for chosen course of studies, made the overpayment or course was cancelled, the recruitment fee can be refunded.
Refund application has to be delivered to relevant office.
If candidate resigned after the application deadline for chosen course of studies, didn’t pass the Polish language exam at the University of Gdansk, wasn’t accepted for studies, the recruitment fee won’t be refunded.
