Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: Domestic and international students both can apply.
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for PhD research within the School of Chemistry.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Have an unconditional offer of admission or being currently enrolled to study full-time in a Master’s by research or PhD within the School of Chemistry, Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney
- Be willing to conduct research into DNA nanotechnology and nanofabrication
- Hold at least an Honours degree (First Class or Second Class Upper) or Master’s degree with a substantial research component or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Have a background in chemistry, physics, biochemistry, or biomedical engineering
- Have applied for the Research Training Program
- Be willing to undertake any security checks, clearances or accreditation if required by the Commonwealth of Australia Department of Defence.
