- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicant should have the equivalent of a 1st class (or upper 2nd class) honours degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics. A desirable background would include a strong knowledge of partial differential equations, mathematical analysis and, ideally, some fluid dynamics. A high standard of written and spoken English is considered compulsory.

Benefits
The University College Cork will provide the fellowship includes an annual stipend of €18,500 along with the full payment of annual EU tuition fees. Note that the scholarship does not cover full tuition for students from outside the EU. Total fees are covered for EU and UK students.
