Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: Only Australian candidates are allowed to apply.
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The award is available for studying a bachelor’s degree program in any subject offered by the university.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
- be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status
- have completed Year 12 in 2023
- have results at or above an ATAR 97
- be commencing full-time study at USQ in any bachelor’s degree in 2024
- be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in each of Semester 1 and Semester 2 of each year for the duration of the scholarship
- be enrolled in on-campus mode at any USQ campus.
How to Apply
- How to Apply: There is no application process for the grant. The participants will automatically consider when they meet the following criteria-
- Students have to take admission in an undergraduate degree program at the university through QTAC application process.
- Candidates with the results at or above an OP 2 or ATAR 97.5 will automatically be awarded a fund.
- Admission Requirements: An ideal participant must complete a year 12 in 2019 before applying to an undergraduate degree program in 2022.
- Language Requirement: The participants need to have sufficient knowledge in the English language.
Benefits
Each scholarship will have a maximum value of:
- $24 000 (32 study unit degree), or
- $18 000 (24 study unit degree) Plus an optional Study Abroad package with a maximum value of $5000.
